Keep the offer and the conditions together

A short written record makes a provider comparison easier to revisit. Save the page URL and date, then record the exact product, amount due now, supply period, renewal charge and unanswered questions.

The text file is saved on your device. It is not submitted to this publication. Do not put medical records, account passwords or payment details in it.

Use a separate note for each offer and mark anything you have not confirmed as unknown. For clinical questions, consult your clinician; for dispensing questions, contact the pharmacy.
